There are several easy ways to cancel a booking with Travoskies:
Log in to your Travoskies account and head to the "Manage Bookings" section on your dashboard. From there, you can cancel any eligible booking in just a few clicks.
Send your cancellation request to the Travoskies help team at the official contact email. Please include the following in your message:

Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive one within a reasonable time, please reach out to our help team.
Fees may or may not apply depending on the service provider involved, which could be an airline, hotel, or activity operator. The exact fee is determined by the type of booking, how far in advance you cancel, and the individual provider's terms.
Not every booking is eligible for a refund. Bookings made at promotional or discounted rates are often non-refundable. Where a refund does apply, it will be processed in line with the provider's policy.
Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a little additional time on their end.
If you only need to cancel a portion of your booking, such as one leg of a multi-city trip or a single add-on service, a partial refund may be available. The amount refunded will depend on the service provider's policy and the specific details of your booking.
If you miss a scheduled service without cancelling in advance, whether it is a flight, hotel check-in, or a booked activity, no refund will be issued. In some cases, the full booking amount may still be charged as per the provider's terms. To avoid this, always cancel ahead of time if your plans change.
