Whether you qualify for a refund depends on the type of booking you made and the rules set by the service provider involved, which could be an airline, a hotel, or a tour operator.

  • Eligible Bookings: If the service provider's cancellation terms allow it, you're covered for a refund through us.
  • Non-Eligible Bookings: Deals booked at discounted or promotional rates may not qualify for a full refund and may incur a cancellation charge. Always read the fine print before confirming your booking.

2. Steps to Cancel or Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these three steps:

Once we have your details, we'll work with the service provider on your behalf. Your refund will only be issued after we receive their confirmation.

3. Refund Timeline, What to Expect

  • Request Review: We look into every refund request and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Money Back to You: If approved, your refund will be returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  • A Note on Bank Timelines: Occasionally, your bank or card provider may take a little longer on their end; this is outside our control, but we'll keep you informed.

Quick Tip: If you need to cancel, doing so within the first 24 hours gives you the best chance of a full refund, regardless of where your booking originated.

5. Partial Refunds, When You Get Some Back

There are cases where a partial refund is the right outcome rather than a full one. These include:

  • Only one part of your booking had an issue, while the rest went smoothly
  • You decided to switch to a lower-priced service option
  • A returned item showed signs of use or wear

In these cases, we'll assess the situation fairly and refund the appropriate portion.

6. Prefer an Exchange Instead?

7. What We Can't Refund

Some situations fall outside what we're able to refund:

  • Flash Sales & Promotional Bookings: These are often locked in as non-refundable once confirmed. The terms will always be clearly shown at the time of booking. Make sure to check before you pay.
  • Third-Party Provider Rules: Certain airlines, event venues, and other partners have strict no-refund policies of their own. When that's the case, we're bound by their terms just as you are.
